would not reccomend this hotel as soon as you walk into the hotel it smelt had to hold my nose when I walked in, staff did not know any English was very hard to communicate, asked the staff so many times to clean my room they would make excuses and say after isha or we need you here and I would try to explain that you do not need me there to clean my room I have stayed in hotels and never have I been told that my room cannot be cleaned unless I am there, please stay away from this hotel!

Check-in opens after ashar, overcrowded with Umrah pilgrims and the receptionist doesn’t want to keep my luggage for the meantime due to the hotel being overcrowded. Also there are no ablution place so we were all waiting in line to use the small public toilet. In my room, they didn’t have towels until I have to ask one of the housekeeping and you cannot use the hotel’s phone to call for service!

Only positive was the location. For the price paid was not upto standard. Bathroom and lobby area had a horrible smell constantly, reception staff would just ignore you and lie. There were no towels left in the bathroom, I had to ask twice at reception and still no body came. Bathroom had little ants crawling around. Avoid at all cost especially for what was paid for the 4 nights.

Booking for first day was cancelled upon arrival. Had to negotiate a used room to change clothing and freshen before going to masjid Nabawi. Although wasnt given to check in for first day, we were given room for our second day. But full 2 days was charged.  Room was rundown.

Blood stains on the wall, rusty needles that have been in the bathtub for a long time, dirty bed linens. Everything you need to get sick is there. Even though I gave these reasons, my reservation was not cancelled. Not to mention the hotel was expensive.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL I usually don't write reviews but this hotel has forced me to leave a negative review. This hotel deserves zero stars. The toilets are extremely dirty and disgusting. The hotel management has zero customer service skills. The rooms are not clean and very old. The hotel is close to Masjid Nabwi, but it is overpriced and offers zero service for your hard earned money.
